Kolejny etap remontu zabytkowego kościoła w Strąpiu zakończony

Parafia Rzymskokatolicka pw. św. Antoniego z Padwy w Mostkowie zrealizowała kolejny etap prac remontowych przy zabytkowym kościele w Strąpiu. Zadanie wykonano zgodnie z umową dotacji zawartą pomiędzy Gminą Barlinek a Parafią.

Świątynia w Strąpiu została wzniesiona na początku XX wieku. Wyróżnia się charakterystyczną ceglaną architekturą oraz harmonijną bryłą z wieżą od strony zachodniej. Wnętrze kościoła zdobią wyjątkowe, barwne polichromie o motywach ornamentalno-roślinnych, które stanowią jeden z najcenniejszych elementów jego wystroju.

W ramach tegorocznych prac zakończono wymianę pokrycia dachowego. Inwestycja znacząco poprawiła stan techniczny obiektu i zabezpieczyła go przed dalszą degradacją.

Prace zostały wykonane w 100% dzięki dotacji, którą Gmina Barlinek pozyskała w ramach Rządowego Programu Odbudowy Zabytków — Polski Ład w wysokości 171 304,26 zł oraz środków Gminy Barlinek — 3 496,01 zł. Całkowita wartość inwestycji wyniosła 174 800,27 zł.
